Modern and precise equipment for metalworking
We keep upgrading our machine park since the establishment of Ján Kerti - SUF - Metalworking company in 1992, which was transformed into KERTI s.r.o. In 2004 we bought our first CNC milling machine, which allowed improvement of quality and accuracy of our production. One year later we bought our first CNC lathing machine. We keep improving our machine park. Our last investment was machine tool DOOSAN DNM 5700.
Machine tool DOOSAN DNM 5700 is CNC miller with X- axis travel 1050mm, Y-axis travel 570mm and Z-axis travel 510mm. Spindle speed is 12 000 rpm.
Machine tool EAGLE 1000 is CNC miller with X- axis travel 1020mm, Y-axis travel 510mm and Z-axis travel 510mm. Spindle speed is 8 000 rpm.
Machine tool Mini Mill 450 is CNC miller with X- axis travel 450mm, Y-axis travel 350mm and Z-axis travel 380mm. Spindle speed is 10 000 rpm.
LEADWELL LTC20B je horizontal CNC lathe with X- axis travel 160mm and Y-axis travel 540mm. Spindle speed is 4 000 rpm. Maximum machining diameter is 230mm.
CNC lathe PINNACLE L210 is CNC lathe with X- axis travel 300mm and Y-axis travel 500mm. Maximum machining diameter is 350mm and maximum machining length 600mm.
We are working not only with conventional lathes, but also on A40 and A50 automats. Minimum machining diameter is 5mm and maximum machining diameter is 400mm.
BOMAR 230 is a band sawing machine for metal with ability of angle saving in left and right direction.
Machine tool DOOSAN DNM 5700 is the newest and most modern part of our machine park since 2017. Machine tool works with a repeatable precision up to 0,002.
Machine tool EAGLE 1000 is CNC miller, which works by removing material from the work piece by moving it in direction to the axis of the tool.
Machine tool Mini Mill 450 is CNC miller by internationally recognized producer EAGLE. Machine tool is operated by central computer SIEMENS 802D.
LEADWELL LTC20B is horizontal CNC lathe, suitable for mass or single-piece production. Spindle speed is 4 000/ min.
CNC lathe PINNACLE L210 is a lathing machine for metal and plastics. Material is turned around its own axis and is cut into required component by cutting tools controlled by CAM software.
We are working not only with conventional lathes, but also on A40 and A50 automats. These lathes are suitable for single-piece and low volume production.
